FAQ

Questions leaders ask before the first sprint.

What is Arena?+

Arena is the platform engineered for high-stakes team problem-solving. It turns meetings and offsites into cross-functional decision sprints on your own data — every choice priced live, team behaviour captured, and every initiative locked to a 90-day rhythm so decisions become measurable impact.

Who is Arena for?+

Leadership teams, heads of department and functional leaders facing a decision that crosses functions — strategy offsites, margin and cost, pricing under competition, capital allocation, and operating-model design.

How is Arena different from a workshop or a consulting report?+

A workshop creates energy that decays within the week; a report hands you an answer to absorb. Arena builds a bespoke sprint on your data, prices every decision on your P&L, captures how the team decides, and converts the room into an owned plan with a 90-day cadence.

What data do you need?+

As much or as little as you’re comfortable sharing. On public data alone the sprint is anchored to your industry and scale; with your internal data it becomes a near-replica of your operating reality. Your data is never used to train a public or third-party AI model.

Do you score individuals?+

No. Arena reads decision behaviour at the team level — how the group commits, compares, defers or anchors — not an individual personality score or profile, and never for hiring, promotion or other employment decisions.

How long is a sprint, and who’s in the room?+

Two days, in person. Typically 15–20 leaders across every function that owns the problem, mixed into three to four competing teams.

What do we walk away with?+

A tested, ranked plan the room owns; a decision map of how your team decides under pressure; and initiatives tied to owners, KPIs and a 90-day rhythm.

What does it cost?+

Pricing is tailored to scope and follows a shared understanding of impact. Tell us the problem you’d bring and we’ll take it from there: letustalk@bioquantiq.ch.

Is our information kept private?+

Yes. Arena runs on your own context using a sandbox construct. We never sell your data and never train public or third-party AI models on it. See our Privacy Policy.
